Old border tower

You can see the observation tower (B tower). No longer accessible at the moment as the inside is quite dilapidated.

The short access directly on the concrete slabs of the column path here is worthwhile. Not necessarily because of the tower, but the view from this exposed place into the land of the open distance, as the Rhön likes to be called, speaks for itself ...

Enjoy a great view in the long evening sun if you manage to suppress history in this place. The tower still had a strong presence for me.
