The former radar station from the Cold War era towers high above the city. If you don't just want to see them from the outside, you can gain legal access to the historical buildings by purchasing a ticket via teufelsberg-berlin.de. There are different price categories available, depending on whether you want to explore the site on your own or get more background information through a guided tour.

8 € entrance, great view! Unfortunately only Dixie toilet :-( - but interesting graffiti

Unfortunately, for fire protection reasons, the "listening station towers" are no longer allowed to be entered ... this was conveyed to us at the ticket office by the "employees" responsible there ... Otherwise you can (after paying the entrance fee that if you are friendly (! !) hooks up, is quite negotiable) move freely on the site and explore everything. Dogs are welcome & welcome (attention: lots of broken glass!).
On the one hand there are many and some. really great graffities and then as a contrast, something strange works of art, where you don't know exactly, that belongs or can go away ;-)
Unfortunately, there are many unkempt corners on the entire site, some of which are are totally littered. This gives the whole area a somewhat sad touch and you worry about what the entrance fee will be used for ...
Conclusion: Gaffitis and the meanwhile very "tattered" towers are top, the rest "well" ...
A little tip: the Drachenberg is a few meters northeast. From there you have a sensational view over to the listening station ... and if you turn around you will find the whole of Berlin at your feet :-)
If you want to visit both mountains, use the parking lot Teufelsberg / Drachenberg, which is pretty much in the middle and is free of charge (March 2019)
