A new functional rest area with a direct view of the Kiel Fjord has been created directly on the Fördewanderweg.A rain shelter with a table and benches, a super ergonomic wave bench with a view of the water and the Friedrichsorter lighthouse, 2 bicycle arches and a garbage container.From here you can experience beautiful sunsets over the Kiel Fjord. It is still shady in the morning.You'll definitely have to get up very early for the windjammer parade during Kiel Week to get a seat.Unfortunately the old sheet pile wall can still be seen.
