York Minster

Can't go to York, without seeing York Minster! It's scale is huge, an incredible feat of architecture
and building.👍

York Minster dates from 1472 although there were actually many centuries of building prior to this completion date.

The minster is open to the public where you can marvel at its grandeur, the second largest cathedral in Europe. You can even climb the 275 steps to the top of the Lantern Tower which offers incredible views across York.

Ha - just awesome and you can cycle right round it:)
