Ubbink's buildings have been spread throughout Doesburg for decades. Ubbink's office staff worked, among other places, in Hof Gelria, in the center of the city. It has been part of the town hall since 1969. The building dates from 1500 and is a 'late Gothic transverse house'. In the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, the building served as an inn and hotel and the interior was drastically changed. The building also served as a tram stop.
The later changes to the building were restored in 1952-1953, with the large hall once again being given a place in the building. Behind the Hof Gelria, the municipal council added a section of new construction to the town hall in 1996.

Doesburg Town Hall in the late Gothic style. The original winery was built in the third quarter of the 14th century. The Schepenhuis followed in the 15th century and in 1663 the two buildings were merged. Later, in 1968-69, the adjacent Hof Gelria was added to the complex.
