Aussichtspunkt Elsterberg

Already at the starting point of the jungle trail you are expected with a magnificent view. Below the vantage point, the Edersee spreads out with its tree-covered mountains and in the north, Waldeck Castle towers far above the water. Especially in autumn, when the mighty beech forests turn golden and red, goosebumps are guaranteed.

From the viewing point you have a great view of Waldeck and the surrounding area.In summer, the Elsterberg viewing point is a lovely destination for family outings, hikes or picnics and attracts many visitors from the region on warm and sunny days.

It is not really a detour. Is the starting point of the first stage.
