Formerly a beautiful Brandenburg village, which was completely demolished in the late 1960s. Walter Ulbrich visited the land reformed model village and his LPG in the 50 years. At the beginning of the 1960s, natural gas was drilled and 4 drilling towers were built. An underground gas storage facility was created. Gas escaped again and again; increased levels of carbon monoxide in the air were measured. Emergency quarters were then set up for a quarter of the residents. In 1966 there was a momentous event: a valve of a probe broke off and a fountain of gas, water and sand misted the place. After that, the government quickly decided to relocate all residents and completely demolish the place. The GDR could not afford to embarrass itself during the "Cold War". On the former village area you can still find old wall remains, bricks, concrete parts and a power distribution tower. A barn at the intersection has been preserved, including the tombstones of the old cemetery.

There is really nothing left to see, only the ugly cobblestone street has stood the test of time.
