The Fredersdorfer Mühlenfließ, also Senitz, is a 34.5 km long river. It is still largely in its original bed.The source is located in the southern part of the Gamengrund between the heights of the Barnim northwest of Strausberg. The brook branches out in its damp bottom (probably through human intervention), one arm flows through the Kesselsee, one past it. Next you will reach the Fängersee, then the Bötzsee, which depending on your point of view is also considered a source. From here, the Senitz meanders through the places of the Berlin "bacon belt". At Berlin-Rahnsdorf the river flows into the Großer Müggelsee.

From the toad pond to the north, it probably fell permanently dry. Well usable as a hiking trail in the stream bed.
