From the summit of the Breitenauriegel, the view extends over the Danube valley and the fertile "Gäuboden". Incidentally, you are here at over 1,100 meters and thus on one of the highest mountains in the Bavarian Forest. Flowy trails around the summit delight the biker's heart.

The Breitenauerriegel rises 1,114 m in the ridge of the Upper Bavarian Forest. Its close proximity to the neighboring peaks Geißkopf and Dreitannenriegel enables extensive mountain hikes with a view of the Alps.
