Here you will pass a beautiful waterfall that falls in several steps from the mountains down to Upper Lake in Glendalough. The water is wonderfully clear and shimmers turquoise-green in the forest.

Superb little hike and a real little rocky Matterhorn. Did it on a beautiful May Day and it was thoroughly enjoyable. It was also my last Marilyn of five I was doing that day.

Here you can see the ruins of ancient mines. If you follow the way up, or come from there, you will find another sign at the stream.
