Two hearts are beating in your chest? The search for the most exciting trail, the perfect flow and at the same time the hustle and bustle of the big city? Then only one thing helps: Grab your bike and off to Innsbruck! Mountains right on your doorstep, terrain varying from gentle to alpine, ideal infrastructure and magnificent panoramas – Innsbruck has everything you need for a perfect biking adventure.

Whether you prefer a relaxing round or an epic ride over alpine pastures from hut to hut, Innsbruck has it all. Whether you want to let off steam on challenging downhill runs or find the perfect flow on a trail, you will find it in Innsbruck. And, wherever you take your bike in the region, the city is always only a few miles away. This unique combination of alpine adventure and urban lifestyle is what makes Innsbruck so special as a biking destination.

You can enjoy a coffee in the old town and conquer the legendary Nordkette Singletrail high above the rooftops of the city just an hour later. Action-packed descents in the Innsbruck Bikepark on the outskirts of the city are also easily within reach – Innsbruck has made an international name for itself. Once a year, the Bikepark Innsbruck is "Home of Crankworx" when the cult festival takes place and anyone who is anyone in the bike scene arrives to watch and learn from each other. Many of the festival's trails can be followed (in a slightly easier form). With the appropriate skills, you can tackle the 2018 Crankworx Downhill course "The Rough One" and the 2019 course "The Straight One" yourself or improve your riding technique on the pump track and the practice course.

Enduro and cross-country bikers will also find suitable routes here. The region is guaranteed to have the right trail for every type of rider and ability level – from a leisurely round of alpine pastures to a panoramic summit ride or a full day epic. You are guaranteed grandiose panoramas and a unique alpine urban flair: nowhere else in the world are the mountains and city as close as here. This makes it possible to start many mountain bike routes directly from the city. From the city to the mountain and from the mountain to the city: a motto that comes to life in Innsbruck.

In this Collection, you will find exactly this motto. We introduce you to a colorful mix of rides ranging from enjoyable panoramic routes and crisp after-work loops to long summit adventures and challenging descents.

A short lap, but it has in itself, because you collect a lot of meters on 20 kilometers. But you will be rewarded with wonderful views of the Tyrolean capital of Innsbruck and the holiday village of Rum and you are spoiled for choice in which of the cozy huts along the route you take a pleasurable break

Ellbögen is a cozy holiday village, which relies on gentle tourism and because of its beautiful location is a good base camp for your bike tours. But also from Innsbruck it is worthwhile to come here and drive this scenic tour through the quiet and picturesque Viggarrtal up to the Meissner Haus.

Invest 630 meters in altitude, get almost 2000 meters out - that's a fair deal. And there are also two absolute Innsbruck cult trails, panoramic views from the trail of the city and a cozy end in the middle of the picturesque old town of Innsbruck. How should that work? The solution is called "Nordkettenbahn

A mountain bike tour to the 2,238-meter-high summit of the Patscherkofel is indeed a sporting challenge, but an experience for all touring fans who want to go high. Adequate condition is required for the driveway to the Olympic mountain of 1964 and 1976, but for the sweaty effort you will be rewarded
