Today we experienced the full range of Ireland's weather.
We started with sun and a great view, then came the wind (strength 8-9) and then the fog.
When we were down again the sun shone again.

Heure we actually wanted to climb the Errigal Mounten but there were gusts of wind up to 70 km / h.
But the Ards Forest Park was a brilliant alternative.
I was here for the first time and was thrilled.
The next time there will also be a bath.

Today we took a leisurely hike through Glenveagh National Park.
Although today is Tuesday the hiking trails and the castle park were very busy.

Today we had a wonderful day of hiking on Rathling Island.
Since we were on the first ferry, we had the island to ourselves until after lunch.
Rathlin is just 6.5 by 1.5 kilometers, but at the end there was a Guinness in the only pub

The Carrick-a-Rede Bridge was closed, so we had to make another entry to the hike.
The landscape here is fantastic and the Irish weather, rain, sun was perfect. The conclusion were the basalt columns.
The stones were a bit slippery from the rain, so we walked a little slower.

When you get off the ship you can see the tourist information, there was good information about the island and a useful map.
Right next to it is the bike rental, actually I should have realized when I saw the armada of bikes, this island is shown by bike.
