The biosphere reserve is not only a rare habitat for many animals such as sea eagles, cranes and bitterns, but also home to stately manors, dreamy villages, venerable monasteries and old village churches to discover.Along the way, you can indulge yourself culinary or experience craftsmanship at the biosphere reserve partners and owners of the regional brand "For Body and Soul". Or you do what was not possible for decades. You simply cycle across the former German-German border and visit the Duchy of Lauenburg! Along the way, you can learn about the former border at many points.We have put together different themed routes for you. Find out about the condition of the paths on the individual routes.
