Keikenzumi na Kimi to, Keiken Zero na Ore ga, Otsukiai suru Hanashi. (2023)
surprisingly wholesome. thumbs up!!!
The plot is quite simple actually but it hits right at home. From the guy perspective it is all so relatable i guess, the worry and stuff. Not too cheesy, just keep it real. I could say lots of people, when dating someone out of their league will experience the same emotion and thought as what ryuto did. The Girl like runa is just a fantasy though, will never found a girl like that. However the emotion, the rollercoaster is pretty nice. Truly enjoy all the episodes. At first i just watching it for the sake of curiosity, but at the end of the anime, i truly feel happy to give it a chance. Truly well done.
Mortal Kombat (2021)
Worth it for that last fighting scene in the gym
Firstly, i kind of like the decision not to rush the tournament right of the batch and take times to introduce its character. Kind of nice even though the delivery is a bit lacking. Once they reach the temple, it is so boring. Liu Kang here is a meh for me. Simply plain just like that. Don't get me started on Raiden. In fact lots of the character is just lacking soul except Sonya and SubZero. SubZero is badass.
However, everything considered, i am excited for what is in store for Mortal Kombat franchise. That SubZero-Scorpion fight is just awesome. Give us more fight like that and better script. It will be massive.
Overall, enjoyed it and feeling nostalgic.
Riverdale (2017)
Too shallow and annoyingly inconsistent
The story is too shallow. The conflict is not dug up deep enough, coupled with inconsistent characterization (some awkward acting too). Its kind of meh to me. What a shame
Captain Marvel (2019)
I seriously dont get what the hate is all about
Seriously, i dont have any expectation after reading so many bad reviews. But i am glad i didnt listen to those reviews bcos hey its actually a very fun movie. Its not perfect but it definitely doesnt deserve all the hate. Just watch it and decide for yourself. Have fun guys.
Vampire Academy (2014)
nice movie to spend your time with
this is possible that we could be tired of all these vampire movies we have seen in big screen or small screen lately. where there are some of them that is actually good, we have seen a lot fail ones. but rest assured folks, this one is quite entertaining. i won't say it good or bad, but i found this an entertaining one.
this is a movie that you can only enjoy without you giving much a though about it. it might be lacking in story and script department, silly and cheesy at times but the silliness is what makes it funny and exciting. thanks to Zoey Deutch too. she is lovely as Rose. it's hard not to fall for her. Rose liven up the mood the entire movie.
seeing how it ends, i hope we could have a sequel.
The Vampire Diaries (2009)
Very recommended for everybody. You are going to love it.
I just watched the series 2 weeks ago and now i can't keep my mind out of it. I basically watch all episodes 'til the latest one in less than 1 or 2 weeks. 5 seasons and still can't get enough of it. It says so much about how good is this series because i am kind of easy to get bored. This show is completely brilliant. I finally get what the fuss is all about. There are so many things going on at once but not too many so it make us confused. Just right to keep us stay seated and wondering, waiting for what will happen next. While there are a lot of romance- supranatural kind of movie right now but this is in its own league. Not just some lame love story (Twilight i am talking about you), it's actually have depth. Very recommended. Worth the time.
