Hysterical (1982)
What Difference Does it Make?
Well, this is one of the worst movies that I have ever seen, and that is why I spent 4 years searching for it so that I could buy it. I spent so much time laughing at the stupidity of it, that it became entertaining. This is one of those movies that you just have to see. And every time you hear someone say "What difference does it make." You will not be able to hold back a giggle.
Fraggle Rock (1983)
A Great Show Lives on in the Next Generation
I remember watching this as a kid with my family. I loved it. It showed so many different types of creatures (Fraggles, Doozers, the Trash Heap...etc) that all made up one world. Everyone lived in relative peace with one another (with a few exceptions.) It showed our world from a different perspective and taught me (remember I was watching this at a young age) different things about the world that I may not have noticed.
Leave it to Jim Henson and crew to come up with this. It seems that everything that he touches is great. Now, I have a young son, and thanks to an old video store that I found tapes of the series that I have bought for him. He loves to watch these shows as much as I did, and I hope that he learns as much from them as I did.
Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas (1977)
A Christmas Classic
This is my favorite Christmas Movie. It just has the right combination of heart warming moments, set backs, come backs, and music. It related the true meaning of Christmas, that you should be thankful for what you have and share those things with your family.
The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane (1976)
One of the most interesting films that I have seen
This is one of the most interesting movies that I have seen in a while. The first time that I saw it, I was a teenager, and I liked it then. But now, I watch it from a different perspective, as a mother and a wife. I do not know how she pulls off the things that she does. But, leave it to Jodie Foster to pull it off, and make it believable.
