Walk Like a Man (1987)
funny and he is very cute
Funny story and great roles. I like to recommend it a lot
Fresa y chocolate (1993)
Intolerance against gays..
I have seen this film five times. A very simple review of it can be summarized in one word: brilliant!! The intolerance of Castro´s regime against homosexuals is seen through out the view of two different guys: one that is gay and the other heterosexual but very linked to the regime. It doesn´t matter if you are gay or heterosexual. This is a must see movie!!!
My Own Private Idaho (1991)
real and unreal world?
I would say that this is a gay film. I should describe it as an effort to understand the real world throughout the unreal world but in comparison to Derek Jarman´s conception of film making, Gus Van Sant´s experience is really thousand light years from Jarman´s experience.
Great Performances: The Lost Language of Cranes (1991)
one of the best gay movies
I truly recommend it...especially for gay girls and guys who don´t have to come to terms with their gayness. This film is a breathtaking experience....
Chelsea Girls (1966)
always ..warhol
I love Andy Warhol´s avant-garde vision of movie making. I especially enjoyed "Chelsea.. This film could be just what 8 1/2 meant for Fellini...
The Object of My Affection (1998)
EXCELENT FILM
I just want to say that this is one of the best films I have ever seen that deals with human relationships. Regardless of sexual orientation, race or nationality. I think that Paul Rudd´s role as George is brilliant; I do not want to exclude Jennifer Aniston´s role as Nina. Both gave a wonderful lesson of love, and friendship. If someone disagrees with my comments I will be willing to respond to any message addressed to [email protected]
The Garden (1990)
A breath taking film
This is one of Derek Jarman´s best films. I have followed Derek Jarman´s career as a film maker and the only thing I want to say is that "THE GARDEN" is one of my favourite films.
Trash (1970)
Paul Morrisey/Andy Warhol´s view of the factory
I have always loved Andy Warhol´s creative mind. This film is particularly interesting due to the fact that it establishes the relationship between a drug-addict (Dalessandro) and a transvestite. I think Morrisey/Warhol´s view on human relationships is like the Campbell´s soup posters: however I think this film is great
