Stills & Mills prove the value of a solid script (by director Alan and editor John Doe) in this entertaining followup to their XXX sci-fi hit "Fantasy Factory".
Set in a futuristic dystopia, story concerns artificial intelligence, as fem bots at Girlsway Corp.'s Pleasure Park are becoming sentient and flying the coop, much to the displeasure of the company's evil boss, played as before by the feature's producer, Bree Mills.
She sends the movie's star Abigail Mac (currently topping the porn charts with her showcase DVD "Abigail" directed by Kayden Kross) to hunt down the renegade robot from the first film, a VX-6000 series replica of porn star Alexis Fawx.
Detective Mac finds Fawx in the Wastelands, where the non-wealthy members of society have been exiled, using her sexy programming to work as a prostitute at Dana DeArmond's brothel.
Mac brings back Fawx's Central Cortex and CPU for analysis, but not before enjoying the bosomy robot's body in lesbian threeome with brothel customer Georgia Jones.
Lengthy and well-paced saga mainly focuses on another escaped robot X-13, a replica of the beautiful blonde Sapphic star Kenna James, who comes under the protection of a self-exiled doctor wonderfully portrayed by April O'Neil.
Together they save the day (with the help of empathetic inside woman Cherie DeVille) and seemingly (we'll have to wait for a further sequel to be sure) put an end to Bree's Girlsway.
This Adult feature of Lesbian Cinema succeeds due to the filmmakers' impressive balancing act: an engrossing story and vivid characters vs. the arousing extended sex scenes. Bree also manages to balance the exciting thriller story with tons of self-effacing satirical comic relief concerning her own porn empire called Girlsway.
My favorite erotic moments occur in an outdoor sexual tryst of April suckling at Kenna's puffy nipples, but all the principal actresses from Fawx to Mac are hot hot hot. As a fun additional touch, Bree has cast over a dozen fine femmes in NonSex roles.
Excellent location photography and a satisfying plot twist concerning Abigail's character complete this delightful package, proof positive that Adult Cinema still lives somewhere in today's vast gonzo wasteland.
