Early in the movie, a character comments "not a Starbucks within 300 miles". It's 6 years after the movie, but there's nowhere in the US that isn't within 200 miles of a Starbucks. And certainly anywhere in the Eastern US (like North Carolina), there's no location so remote from Starbucks.
