The how-to content consists of cliches stressing communication stressing positive body-image, telling what you like to do in bed to your partner, daily affirmations, etc.
The XXX footage is perfunctory sex scenes for the very big models, including lesbian action. It all adds up to a not insulting, but negligible video.
