That is how I summarize the plot of this movie: When Casper meets Jumanji.
Decent idea to take off from, the execution of that idea, however, is not up to the challenge. First of all, I have to admit that I am a sucker for time jump, or time travel movies, so this film gets a higher score from me than other films of the year twenty-twenty-four.
Peyton List's acting, in my opinion, is great. However, the chemistry between our main character is questionable. And that is because of the acting skills only.
It reminded me of Casper the most, but in reverse. And the ending would not be a surprise for any member of the audience if they have watched enough ghost films.
It was a fun-to-watch family movie, you can get your kids and watch this film with no problem.
Although, it is interesting to watch Peyton List as a ghost in two productions in one year: the other one being School Spirits.
