Originally conceived in 2009 as an anthology with many more directors and segments, the only remaining idea from this original concept was that of an apartment complex with each apartment being its own segment and "Acting Rash", which had to be sightly tweaked to match the new through line of the film.
Had a production schedule of only 13 days and had a crew of roughly 6 people.
The "dorky" shirt that Joni finds in the laundry room that she wears throughout the film is a real shirt advertising her childhood dentist "Neu Family Dental" located in East Dundee, IL.
"Need Anything" is originally based on a short film by the same name directed by Buz Wallick and starring Mary O'Neil.
The Trash Hoard on its first reveal has a striking resemblance to Biollante's flower form from Godzilla vs Biollante. This isn't a coincidence as director Buz Wallick as well as the suit performer for The Hoard, Anthony Arrigo are both tremendous Godzilla fans and treated the Hoard as a mini kaiju.
