In the beginning when Rose lets Lissa feed on her in the kitchen, she bites in on her shoulder, but when Rose gets up and looks out the window, she is wiping her neck clean.
If Belikov gets a new mark each time that he kills a Strigoi, then he should already have seven, and get marked for an eighth when he kills Natalie.
In the film while fighting Natalie, Rose breaks her arm, and can't even get up to defend herself. When Dimitri comes down to save her, she is able to pick herself off the floor and restrain Natalie to the prison door with leather. In the next scene, she wears a cast. She would not have been able to maneuver her arm the way she did in the previous scenes if it was injured.
Despite the statement by Rose that a dhamphir is supposed to keep their molijna marks exposed, Dimitri goes around most of the time with his hair down and his neck covered. In one of the gym scenes when his hair is up, there are no marks at all.
On the poster featuring Rose, Lissa, Christian, and Dimitri, Rose has three hands. One holding a stake and one on each hip.
Natalie comments about how Mia had been around, and had a new haircut, but in the pictures of her with Andre (from 2 years prior), she had the same haircut.
Instead of saying "I believe you can fly" to the guard, Lissa says "I believe you can flight."
