The leads are beautiful. Chemistry is really nice for the first 4 episodes. However, I must agree with others about the female lead, her expressions remained the same. I found myself at times wondering... "Do you really have feelings for this man?" The blank stare without depth becomes worrisome. Also, the mother's and the non-relative fiancé' was over the top. No one needed to see them say the same things in 3 different ways in 3 different scenes to 'prove' a point. It started to feel like prolonged screen time. Also, the ending was a little open ended. His monologue expressed "If I see her, I am not letting go". Her monologue in a previous episode stated, "If we end up on this path again, it will be fate" But the writers ended the story with her thoughts saying, "Now, we are breaking up". This line had already been repeated twice within the series. There was no need for it to be repeated at the end like a book report when they were already fully broken up. Alternative ending: Once their eyes meet, she has a flash back of all of their 'coincidental connections' smile and say within herself, "This must be fate". And end with a hug and kiss. This 'football-stance stare down' between two people who are supposedly madly in love with each other at the end doesn't work. Overall, it was a B-. Mainly because of the 'extra' mother scenes that made it feel more scripted than real.
