The TV series "Two Sentence Horror Stories" uses the high-concept of one sentence for the story set-up and one more for the resolution. This pair of horror porn vignettes compatibly united on DVD from the "Pure Taboo" website is more like One Sentence Horror Stories.
The good news is that a good deal of suspense and dread is conjured up by pornographers Bree Mills and Craven Moorehead, though the payoffs are weak. Title segment is rather short, with the supporting vignette titled "Breaking Curfew" running 15 minutes or 40% longer.
"Countdown" takes place entirely in a jail cell, with jail-bait actress Eliza Jane trapped there with Ryan Driller, as a digital countdown clock heads downward from the 24 hour mark. They talk about their predicament and discover that human contact (touching) brings about a blackout and ear-piercing siren, but the gift by their unknown captors of supplies.
Ultimately, egged on unconvincingly (believability is never a strong point for these Bree Mills productions) by Eliza, they have sex in order to please their captors and perhaps be set free, leading to a rather anticlimactic ending.
The show's editor Woody All-In tries his hand at screenwriting, and fails to develop this material beyond its basic one-liner premise.
Better is Adriana Chechik staying out at night, i.e.,"Breaking Curfew", driven home by school chum Bree Mills -herself. Bree treats Chechik to dull, gossipy anecdotes about teen sex during the ride, and poor Chechik finds herself locked out of the house by her parents upon arrival.
She's kidnapped by some unknown fellow and wakes up in captivity, trapped with a very young and frail-looking waif well-played by Sadie Pop. Bree's fetish of featuring urination introduces Sadie to us as a shock effect.
Seth Gamble, cast against type, is their captor and he harangues the girls with threats until Sadie tells Chechik that the guy is all bark and no bite. So Adriana takes the bull by the horns and not only stands up to Seth but seduces him, turning the show into a lengthy gonzo threesome. Violent finale is well-staged.
