Mr. Magoo's Dick Tracy and the Mob

This episode features the first time, in any medium, that many of the well-known Dick Tracy foes (e.g. Flattop, Mumbles) team up together. Dick Tracy's enemies tended to die at the end of their first appearance (even Flattop died) and rarely "undied," so very few of them had the chance to turn up later and join forces with other gangsters.
