Is it a Columbo or Ironside episode?

This story looks very like a COLUMBO episode, from the beginning to the end, the perfect crime scheme, except that in a COLUMBO episode, you never see the cop from his own side, without being seen with the already known from the audience murderer. You have already got that is not a mystery plot, but rather a suspense one. So, in summary, if you like COLUMBO TV show, you will like this one. Except that Raymond Burr as Ironside is NOT Peter Falk in the COLUMBO character.
