The assembly line conveyor belt in the toy workshop has three speeds: Slow, Fast, and Lucy. The latter alludes to Job Switching (1952) where Lucy and Ethel work a hilariously high-speed assembly line at a chocolate factory with disastrous results.

Goofs
When the shrimpy Neptunians go to deliver the mail, the tops of their hats are chopped off. A short time later, while Santa is turning off the TV, their hats are fully intact. In later scenes the hats are cut again.
