Fry's old girlfriend has a new boyfriend and are seen having sex, although nothing explicit is shown and nothing is said.

Contains frequent rear nudity (including Fry, Leela and Amy). The main villains of the movie are alien nudists, however they do not show anything recognizable. The main plot also revolves around a tattoo on Fry's buttocks.

Contains some moderate sexual references relating to pornography, "erectile disfunction", and several penis jokes. However the gags are fairly moderate, but most young children would not understand them.

A character is decapitated and his body mangled twice during the film. However, he survives by becoming a head in a jar.

On a dead man's butt, a tattoo is peeled off by a robot, which causes some skin to be ripped off as well.
