Not A Ghost Of A Chance

Messrs. Small & Tall return from their first movie a couple of years earlier -- PROFESSOR SMALL AND MR. TALL -- to offer a Gallagher & Shean act. They are on a riverboat on the mighty Mississippi, where they meet a ghost on another riverboat. The ghost challenges them to a race.

It's a peculiar little cartoon, what with the dialogue all sung and the ghostly subplot. This was the year Casper The Friendly Ghost was introduced, and there may have been something going on in the zeitgeist of cartoon makers.
