I played Father Bender. This was the second film in which I appeared for Matt Silverstein when he and Chris Pappas were at Rochester Institute of Technology's Film and Video Department. I loved working with these two. Their imaginations were zany, and they focused their energies on the task. Their rewrite of the ending while we were in production greatly enhanced the story. The shooting schedule was pretty stable, which is amazing in view of the size of the cast and the variety of locations.
If you get a chance to work with either of these men, jump at it. And if they're co-producing something, consider investing in it. You might or might not make money, but you'll be grinning for years.

And it's got young Ryan Reynolds in it
I'm not sure anything need said. It's the perfect movie to ignore most scenes and still get the plot.
