Even though the cover of the Media Blasters / Shriek Show DVD calls it an "Unrated" DVD, it still only includes the R-Rated version of the movie; thus, the goriest scenes of the movie were replaced by alternative footage. Several VHS versions were also based on the R-Rated version. There are 8 alternative scenes, however, there's no difference in time.
In the UK, the movie was released under the title "One by One" - unfortunately, the movie was only released on VHS and only in a censored version. Additionally, the UK VHS is based on the R-Rated version and then additionally trimmed down. Thus far, there exists no uncensored UK release of the movie!
