Malcolm Anderson has a heated exchange with the two police detectives at their office. In the middle of it he whips off his glasses but in the next shot he is still wearing them.
Malcolm and Christine have an argument at a restaurant, and Christine leaves. Malcolm waits to pay the bill then leaves. He sees the message "TOOK A CAB" written in the condensation on the windshield. This was supposedly written by Christine when she left, but at the beginning of the scene, before she leaves, we see a shot of the car with the message already written in the windshield.
"Kidnapped" is misspelled (as "Kidnaped") in the Miami Journal headline the day after Delour takes Malcolm's girlfriend.

Anderson misspells "apparent" as "apparrent" on his word processor, and leaves it uncorrected. This may only be a character error, but it's odd considering he's a potential Pulitzer-winning journalist.
