When Kinney chases Hatcher through the CN Tower during the finale, they begin in the lower observation pod. They next enter the central core and then climb hundreds of feet up the tower. However, when they emerge from the core, they are not at the higher and smaller SkyPod. Instead, they are back down on the roof of the lower observation pod. In addition, even though they are shown climbing all that distance, the lower pod is clearly not meant to stand in for the higher SkyPod, because Hatcher is killed by the rotating window washing cab that has been shown numerous times on the lower pod.
