Greece is known for dramatic tragedies, colossal debt and Nana Moussaka. Now we have a little Greco-Scottish story to add to its rich cultural heritage. It's curious to be sure. Anna Georgiadou tips up in Glasgow having met her boyfriend, presumably while he was on a bingey holiday. Almost immediately she secures a job in an office, although we are never really told what it is she actually does. It is an accomplished performance from Miss Georgiadou who suffers from harrowing flashbacks about her time in Greece. The title of the film is touched on in a surrealist way that is never really explained. There are some strange interactions with colleagues but are they involved in her nightmares? I don't know, to be honest. Maybe it has hidden depths and requires a second viewing.
