Better than expected.

Not a bad movie at all. I was surprised as most people writing reviews and commenting on the boards who were going into this film with very little or without any expectations at all.

It started rather slow and with no stand out scenes in the first 30 minutes or so whilst the plot and characters were being established. If it wasn't for pretty decent performances from the main stars then I don't think I would have made it past the 30 minute mark. Thankfully I kept watching and as the story progressed I found myself becoming more engaged.

I felt the politics and financial information was explained in just the right detail for someone who isn't aware of what goes on in Wall Street.

Jim Baxford (Dominic Purcell) who is a loyal and caring husband of Rosie Baxford (Erin Karpluk) finds himself pushed over the edge as he loses things closest to him due to financial investments gone wrong. He seeks revenge on those responsible using his ex military skills.

Co stars Edward Furlong, Keith David and Michael Paré play Jims buddies and try and help him out best they can even if it comes to turning a blind eye when things start to take a serious turn.

Overall i think Uwe Boll has actually broke his streak of bad movies and delivered a decent movies, so don't write him off just yet and give this a watch. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. 6.5/10
