Luke Oparah is a Canadian actor, Singer and Scientist. He is renowned for his portrayal of Francis Kaduna in Vagrant (2020) (for which he won President's Choice Award for Best Actor from Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival USA; Standout Actor Award from Reelworld International Film Festival Toronto, Canada and Best Performance award from Fort Myers International Film Festival USA). The first of such Awards for African-Canadian in Canada. He is also known for playing Clairvus Narcisse in The Shocking Truth (2018), Airforce General in Imax Asteroid Disaster (2018), Mayor Goode in American Standoffs (2021), Dr Jollie in Bobbi Christy Brown (2021), Lonnie Franklin in The Grim Sleeper (2021).
