Sun Peng began her career in Zhejiang Province state television station, as a host and producer and department head.
She is the founder of Roc Pictures Co., Ltd.
She is a member of the Zhejiang Province Film Artists Association and a council member of the Zhejiang Cultural and Creative Industries Association. She is a also a consultant on China-Italy screen culture exchange for the Italian Directorate General for Cinema. She received the Zhejiang Province Phoenix Award for producing for the Chinese romantic comedy film, The Secret Garden.
