Reinier Martínez Suárez (Florida, Camagüey, February 17, 1994), better known as Reinier Martínez is a Cuban photographer and audiovisual creator who is studying Film and TV at the Faculty of Art of the Audiovisual Communication Media (Famca) of the University of the Arts of Cuba. From a very young age, he became interested in photography when he discovered the book "La Luz due Pinta" by the Italian illustrator and photographer Amedeo Gigli, which aroused his interest in this art. Among the influences of Reinier Martínez are photographers like Annie Leibovitz, Richard Avedon, Jan Saudek as well as the Cubans May Reguera and Pablo Moreira. He has a portfolio in the popular fashion magazine Vogue in its Italian edition. From a very young age he maintained an important link with acting since he began to be part of the children's theater group "Fantasía Azul" at that time directed by the theater instructor Delia Palomino, opening the doors of the Amateur Artists Movement of the House of Culture of his locality and making him participate in several competitions at the municipal and provincial level.
