Lupe Cartié Guijarro studied acting at the Zaragoza Theater School and then moved to Madrid where she trained with top professionals including José Carlos Plaza, Andres Lima, Pablo Messiez, Susan Batson, John Strasberg, among others. After working on independent films, "Palmeras en la nieve" was her first big film. From there, she participated in films such as "Julieta" by Pedro Almodóvar, "Yucatán" by Daniel Monzón, among others. She has also appeared in several television series such as "El Apagón," "La unidad," "Amar es para siempre," "Zorras," "Ana Tramel," "Alguien tiene que morir," "Desaparecidos," "Presunto culpable," "El día de mañana," "Mar de plástico," "Lo que escondían sus ojos," and "El secreto de Puente Viejo." In December 2022, she won the Best Actress award for her work in "I'm Lina" at Fescimed.
