Rebecca Hurwitz(I)

Born and raised in a North West suburb of Chicago, IL, Rebecca grew up fascinated with art and design. From a young age she experimented with mediums from clay to oil paint, airbrush art to braiding Barbie doll hair. After graduating from University of Iowa with a degree in Graphic Design she decided she wanted to further her education in a field that had always been a lifelong dream of hers; Special Effects Makeup. In the spring of 2012 Rebecca packed up all of her belongings and moved West to attend Cinema Makeup School. Over the years, Rebecca has had the pleasure of working on some incredible film projects, commercials, photo shoots and worked with talented artists that have been able to help her fine tune her craft in the art of makeup for television and film.

When Rebecca isn't making the talent look like rock stars or monsters she spends her free time enjoying California's great outdoors, creating abstract art and paintings of the ocean, and enjoying all of the challenges that come with having her dream job!
