Andrea Martina (born Andrea Martina Isenschmid) is known for HBO's "Westworld" Season 3, "Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" by Activision and "Axegrinder" 4 and 5. She is an actress, award winning filmmaker and Voice Over Artist based in Los Angeles. Andrea was born and raised in Lucerne, Switzerland where she started acting on stage in local theaters at the age of 9 and a few years later, got cast as the lead in her first movie.
Andrea has trained acting internationally. First in Switzerland and Germany, then in London at the "International School of Screen Acting" in the Three Mills Film Studios and eventually in Los Angeles, where she trained at "The Acting Corps" and several other prestigious studios such as UCB and trained with Joseph Pearlman and Anthony Meindl.
Besides acting, Andrea is also an accomplished filmmaker who has written, produced, directed and edited over 15 short films and web-series in the last few years. Her films won several awards including "Best Female Filmmaker" at the International New York Film Festival in 2018 for "Passion Boulevard", winning LA's "Best Film" award at the 48 Hour Global Film Challenge 2020 for "The Turn" and winning "Best Drama" at the San Diego International Film Festival 2020 as part of the "Quarantine Film Challenge" for her short "Memento or Bust". Just recently she wrote, produced and starred in BestFriendAI, for which they won Best Film at the Schweiz 2291 Competition as part of the Locarno Film Festival 2024 and also won the Audience Award for Best Sci-Fi Short Film at the Coronado Film Festival 2024.
Next to Andrea's dedication to her craft, she is also a committed ocean activist and frequently volunteers with Heal The Bay to stop the plastic pollution in our oceans.
