Adrian Sosa is a producer, composer, and music executive who has made a name for himself in the music, film, and television industry. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, this two-time Latin Grammy winner, three-time Gardel Award recipient, and FIAP advertising award winner has been a part of the internationally renowned group Bajofondo as drummer and composer. In addition to that, he has also been a creative and business partner of the two-time Oscar-winning composer Gustavo Santaolalla for over 15 years. Sosa has ventured into music supervision as well, working on projects like "Diarios de Motocycleta," for which Jorge Drexler won an Oscar for Best Original Song.
Throughout his career, Adrian has played a key role in developing the careers of artists such as Juanes, Molotov, Cafe Tacuba, Eruca Sativa, Antonio Carmona, and Debi Nova, among others as head of A&R at Surco Records. He has also worked on films and Original Soundtracks like "Amores Perros", "Brokeback Mountain" and "Argentina,1985." In the world of podcasts, he is known for his music contributions to the award-winning Audible show "Punk in Translation".
As the Head of Music for film and TV in Latin America at Amazon Studios/Prime Video, Adrian has work on Argentinian TV Series "Barrabrava" and Colombian film "Los Iniciados" among others.
