Along with paddling outrigger-canoe and dancing hula, Hennessy studied theatre from a young age on the island of Maui, Hawaii where he grew up. His acting teacher and mentor in high school was the legendary Sue Ann Loudon.
His mother is renown baker, wedding organizer, hair specialist and pilot Deborah Winckler.
His father is carpenter, deep sea diver and well known Maui minister Ron Winckler.
At 17, Hennessy moved to New York where he attended Marymount Manhattan College to major in theatre and minor in musical theatre.
He's made a notch in the Off-Broadway scene in musicals and plays around New York and other states.
Hennessy was co-host of Emmy Award winning comic and actor Judy Gold's 'Kill Me Now!' podcast.
Nominated for 'Best Actor' in the Icelandic Edda Film Awards and winner of the New York International Fringe Festival's, 'Outstanding Actor Overall' award.
