Andie McCaffrey is an Irish, film, television actress and screenwriter. Her directorial debut Revved Up is currently in post production. Born in Dublin she works between Dublin & London.
Chosen as one of 12 emerging female and non binary directors Andie is developing her new feature through the CREATOR scheme with this years X-Pollinator scheme. Frustrated by the lack of female roles on offer she decided to create her own amplifying working class voices.
A keen writer her last film Sparkle in which she plays lead character "Irene" funded by Screen Ireland, Screen skills Ireland and Bow Street screened in London Los Angeles & DIFF and The Galway Film Fleadh.
Recent credits include Louise in Claire Byrne's Ready or Not, & Doctor Sarah Clarke in Amongst The Wolves 2024.
Other credits include leading role of Lisa in dark comedy TV pilot Paramedics (BBC). Journalist Abbie White in RTE's Fair City. Stephaine in award winning BBC/RTE series Love/Hate.
Andie is currently in development for her new Feature film Golden.
