BK Sivan started his career as a camera operator in television channel Doordarshan & Asianet, further in 1999 he joined as a assistant cinematographer with Mr. KV Anand in a tamil movie ( Mudhalvan ) who is well know for cinematographer/director & producer in Kollywood industry, and then his interest in the Steadicam through the movie "The Legend of Bhagat Singh which made him strive to work hard as the Steadicam Operator with continuous growth in the Bollywood industry and as well few films in Hollywood. Further with the collaboration with the MK-V, he is well known for the Mk-V Omega-R / Steadicam in Indian Cinema industry.
