A photojournalist by profession. As a soldier, during his 2003 tour of Iraq, he documented his experiences in photographs. In 2005 held his first photo exhibition sponsored by GQ Magazine featuring some of those images. In 2006, these images became the basis for the Conde Nast Publications book, This is Our War, service mens photographs of Life in Iraq.
