UK and Spain based Location Manager since 2007, from 2019 working with Palma Pictures as the Supervising Location Manager in the in-house location department.
Originally from the north of Spain, Eduardo has been based in the UK since 2001. He is fluent in both Spanish and English, meaning he is able to move fluidly between projects in either country; from editorial, commercials, reality TV, TV drama, independent feature films and studio pictures. He is exceptionally resourceful, a focused problem solver and ensures a professional and trusted shoot.
Eduardo has chosen to focus on locations to reflect his passion for travel: 'For me, it's been a lifelong dream to work in film. Over my years within the industry I found that working in locations combined my love of films with my passion for travel and exploration'. Working on his first feature film in 2006, Eduardo progressed over the years to work primarily as a Location Manager and Scout. On some feature films he has expanded upon his role to encompass work as a Production Manager, ultimately assisting his skills as a fixer in the UK and Spain. However it's locations where his real passions lie.
Eduardo has worked internationally on projects in UK, Spain, France, Italy and others. Although based in London his work has taken him to explore all over the UK and Europe. His ultimate goal is always to work hard, and enjoy all of his projects. Eduardo enjoys Fam trips, and within these the opportunity to meet film commissions, discover new locations and local contacts. Ultimately uncovering locations from a unique perspective. Speaking both Spanish and English enables him to work directly with contacts, circumventing issues proactively.
Founding his company Feature Films Motion Pictures (FFMP) in 2011, Eduardo works freelance and has worked with a number of well established directors within the industry. In 2018 he set up his second company, Scene Scouts, a database compiling his years on locations, creating a workable resource he draws from.
