Gilde Flores, (pronounced GIL-DEE), is an award winning, Grammy Nominated multi-genre music composer/producer who is known for his work on The Garcias (2022), My Dad the Bounty Hunter (2023), and The Wolverine (2013).
With over 25 years of experience as a professional in the entertainment industry. With a passion for both visual and audio media, he has made a name for himself in the world of audio and visual media.
As a self-taught multi-instrumentalist, he started his career as a touring musician at an early age. From there, he transitioned into a chief sound engineer before ultimately finding his true calling as a composer and producer. With an impressive portfolio that includes scoring and contributing his music for countless TV shows, films, video games, advertisements, and trailer campaigns, to scoring an HBO Max series, Flores' talent has also caught the attention of industry heavyweights, including legendary producer Timothy "Timbaland" Mosley, with whom he collaborates and works with on numerous projects.
In addition to his work as a producer and composer, Flores is also serves on two committees for the Recording Academy, the Education Committee and the Songwriters and Composers Committee, where he works to help support and advance the careers of fellow music professionals. He also serves as a mentor for the Recording Academy's "Grammy U" program; inspiring and guiding the next generation of music creators.
