Manuel Sinor is a French native and naturalized Canadian actor, a former jury member for the Canadian Screen Awards and the Gosh! International Film Festival Paris. Greeted in the Canadian press for his bilingual lead work in the theatre, and by multiple Emmy® Award winner Michael Jorgensen for his "adept acting ability and sense of story", he moved on to working with film directors of international repute (Bryan Singer, Luc Besson, Andreï Smirnov) as well as with prominent French actors (César nominee Gilles Lellouche, César winners Valérie Lemercier and Stanislas Mehrar).
Born in the Congo, Sinor is a former French Navy sailor and holds a PhD in linguistics. An occasional singer-songwriter, he has also signed a jazz EP suitably entitled... "35 mm".
