Born in Brooklyn, New York, Tom moved down to Asheville, North Carolina
in January 1998 to attend A.C. Reynolds High School.
He then went on to attend Western Carolina University (Cullowhee, North Caroilna) in August 2001 and graduated in May of 2005. Major: Communications (emphasis in Electronic Media) Minor: Film Studies.
After working a number of dead-end jobs and going through strings of unemployment; in July of 2006, Tom moved back to New York to pursue a career in film production. He quickly landed a job as an AV Technician for Columbia University
